예전에 관심 있게 보던 폴딩 바이크인데 자전거를 타고 출퇴근을 하다 보니 생각나서 포스팅하게 되었습니다.

지구 상에 자전거 업계 최고가 되는 것이 목표라고 하는 Helix는 캐나다 토론토에 있는 자전거 회사입니다.

헬릭스는 동급에서 가장 작고 콤팩트한 디자인으로 설계되어 있습니다.

완전히 폴딩 되었을 때에는 휠 사이즈만큼 작아집니다.

특허 출원 중인 병렬 폴딩은 휠을 프레임 옆과 크랭크 암 사이에 배치합니다.

이는 공간을 가장 효율적으로 사용하는 것입니다.

자전거를 폴딩 하였을 때 지하철 , 버스, 자동차 트렁크, 여행용 가방, 어디든 갈 수 있도록 설계되어 있습니다.

그리고 자주 들어 올려야 하기에 가벼우면서 매우 튼튼합니다.

세계적 수준의 엔지니어링 및 분석을 통해 일상적인 내구성을 손상시키지 않으면 서 최대한 가볍게 만들었습니다.

특허 출원 중인 잠금장치는 포크 및 조향 튜브를 통과하여보다 안전한 잠금장치를 만듭니다. 2 차 안전장치는 잠금이 절대 실패하지 않도록 합니다.
